Returning starters: Boys – Ryan Ingle, Holden Decker, Justin Kozlowski, Osie Johnston, Aidan Obeirne, Josh Rumsey, Trevor Carnevali, Ben Jordan; Girls – Natalie Zembsch, Jade Siculna, Vanessa Colangelo, Morgan Dourin

Newcomers: Emma Jordan (eighth grade), James Hilton (freshman)

Outlook for season: Maliszewski said his boys’ team is solid at the top with Ingle and Holden Decker, but the team’s success will depend on what the rest of his top seven runners do.

For the girls, Maliszewski said Zembsch will be leading the way once again. “Emma [Jordan] is looking impressive in practice,” he added. “It depends on how much [our] three, four and five [runners] can improve.”

Galway is hosting its 46th annual invitational September 29 at Bob’s Trees.
