Boys soccer report: Schoharie flies past Sharon Springs in regular season opener

SHARON SPRINGS – Noah Fagnani scored two goals and assisted on three more to lead Schoharie to a 6-3 victory over Sharon Springs Monday, Aug. 27.

Sharon Springs took an early 1-0 lead on Jayden Kendle’s tally, but Schoharie scored the next three goals to take control of the match.

Skylar Jankowski contributed a pair of goals and an assist for the Indians, while Ethan Drinon and Mohammed Elkadim added individual first-half markers. Goalkeeper Eddie Bond stopped nine shots for Schoharie.

Kendle scored twice, and Connor Mickel added the other for Sharon Springs.
