Taylor Amaral scored both of her team’s goals to lead Granville to a 2-0 victory over Corinth in a non-league girls soccer game Thursday, Aug. 30.

Amaral tucked her first goal inside the goal post to put the Golden Horde ahead 1-0 in the first half. Then, she scored on a breakaway in the second half to seal the victory.

Granville goaltender Lyndsy Hilder made 20 saves to shut out Corinth.
