Faith Ingber’s second-half goal lifted Greenwich to a 2-1 victory over Hoosick Falls in a Wasaren League girls soccer game Wednesday, Sept. 12.

Olivia Brownell’s goal in the second half tied the score at 1-1 before Ingber tallied off a Cate Abate assist to put Greenwich ahead again. Abate put the Witches on the scoreboard in the first half off a feed from Ingber.

Greenwich goalkeeper Faith Hewitt made seven saves, while Hoosick Falls netminders Logan Thayne and Maddy Yeung stopped a combined total of eight shots.
