Sarah Kohls set a new school record for most varsity career goals in Lake George’s 4-0 victory over Corinth Thursday, Oct. 4, in an Adirondack League girls soccer game.

Kohls netted her 73rd varsity goal less than three minutes into the first half to give the Warriors a 1-0 lead. She surpassed the school record of 72 career goals set by Lacey Cormie in 2016.

Nicole Kingsley tallied 18 seconds after Kohls’ record-setting goal to put Lake George ahead 2-0. Rowan Metivier scored off a pass from Gabby Marchello late in the first half, and Alena Goodman added a second-half goal off Gabby Weidner’s assist.

Corinth goalkeeper Caitlin Person had 15 saves.
