Christian Brothers Academy (Class AA), Queensbury (A), Schalmont (B), Lake George (C) and Fort Ann (D) are the No. 1 seeds in this year’s Section 2 boys soccer playoffs.

CBA earned the No. 1 seed after posting the best record in the Suburban Council (12-1-1 league, 13-1-1 overall). The Brothers – along with No. 2 Albany (11-2-1, 12-2-1), No. 3 Bethlehem (10-3-1, 12-3-1) and No. 4 Shenendehowa (10-3-1, 10-3-1) – received byes through the first round.

Queensbury (15-1-0), No. 2 Albany Academy (11-5-0), No. 3 Averill Park (6-8-2), No. 4 South Glens Falls (10-6-0) and No. 5 Mohonasen (9-5-2) all received byes in Class A.
