Scenes from Section 2 boys basketball: Lansingburgh Thanksgiving Tournament

TROY – Kingston (Section 9) won the Lansingburgh Thanksgiving Tournament with a 71-53 victory over the host school in Saturday’s championship game.

Brian Moore scored 27 points to lead Kingston’s offense. Isaiah Knight knocked down seven three-pointers as part of a 32-point night for Lansingburgh.

Shaker defeated Bishop Maginn 76-49 in the consolation game. The Blue Bison sank 11 three-pointers on their way to the victory.

Anthony Clayton netted 15 points, and Sean Seymour contributed 12 points for Shaker. Trey Cortina paced Bishop Maginn with 18 points.
