Western Athletic Conference boys basketball: Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons earns victory over OESJ

SCHENECTADY – Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons outscored Oppenheim-Ephretah/St. Johnsville 20-13 in the fourth quarter to pull out a 58-46 victory Tuesday, Dec. 4, in a Western Athletic Conference boys basketball game.

The Golden Knights overcame a sluggish start to build a 23-19 halftime lead against the Wolfpack. OESJ remained within striking distance in the third quarter before running out of gas down the stretch.

Noah Foster had 21 points, and Todd Williamson contributed 12 points for NDBG. Travis LaFountain paced OESJ with 19 points, and Tyler Leon added 13 points.
