Three pins and two technical falls helped Ballston Spa defeat Saratoga Springs 42-28 in a Suburban Council wrestling match Wednesday, Dec. 5.

James Prastio’s technical fall against David Wilk in a 170-pound weight class match and Peter Hansen’s second-period pin against Spencer Cornell at 182 pounds highlighted 20-point run within the mach that gave the Scotties a 30-16 lead against the Blue Streaks. Gennaro DeRobertis (126 pounds) and Jacob Stangle (285) also recorded pins for Ballston Spa.

Zeph Watkins (120 pounds), Brant Robinson (195) and Doug Cooper (220) pinned their opponents to lead Saratoga Springs.
