Chatham outscored Catskill 17-9 in the fourth quarter to pull out a 41-33 victory over the Cats Tuesday, Dec. 18, in a Patroon Conference girls basketball game.
Naveah Daigle netted 14 points, while Hailey Cascioli and Hannah Taylor each added eight points for Chatham. Ashley Shook led Catskill with 14 points, including four three-pointers.
Elsewhere in the Patroon Conference, Maple Hill jumped out to a 22-3 lead in the first quarter and cruised to a 78-16 victory over Albany Leadership Academy for Girls.
Abby Utter poured in 19 points, and Stacia Coyne contributed 14 points for Maple Hill, which established a 40-10 halftime lead. Jamira Galloway had eight points for Albany Leadership Academy.
Cairo-Durham closed the game on a 21-8 run to defeat Coxsackie-Athens 49-34. Arianna Myers scored 19 points, and McKayla Mudge added 13 points for the Mustangs, who trailed 20-16 at halftime.
