Patroon Conference wrestling: Coxsackie-Athens cruises past Cairo-Durham

Coxsackie-Athens closed out the December portion of its dual meet schedule with a 72-15 victory over Cairo-Durham Thursday, Dec. 20, in a Patroon Conference wrestling match.

Six wrestlers earned pins for Coxsackie-Athens – Tommy Nato (126 pounds), Noah Bartels (138), Colin Riley (152), Jake Warren (160), Dakota Antriello (220) and Marc Martinez (285). Four of the Indians’ six pins happened in the first period.

Richie Savoia (145 pounds) won by fall for Cairo-Durham.
