Daniel Leach recorded a hat trick to lead Mayfield past Schoharie 4-2 Friday, Oct. 5, in a Western Athletic Conference boys soccer game at Gloversville High School.

Schoharie pulled away in the second half for a 6-2 victory over Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons Monday, Sept. 24, in a Western Athletic Conference boys soccer game.
The game was clouded by a injury suffered by ND-BG goalkeeper Cole Nelson when he hit his head against the far post while stopping a Schoharie shot in the second half. The Indians struck for two insurance goals following Nelson’s injury to create their margin of victory. SHARON SPRINGS – Noah Fagnani scored two goals and assisted on three more to lead Schoharie to a 6-3 victory over Sharon Springs Monday, Aug. 27.
Sharon Springs took an early 1-0 lead on Jayden Kendle’s tally, but Schoharie scored the next three goals to take control of the match.
Skylar Jankowski contributed a pair of goals and an assist for the Indians, while Ethan Drinon and Mohammed Elkadim added individual first-half markers. Goalkeeper Eddie Bond stopped nine shots for Schoharie.
Kendle scored twice, and Connor Mickel added the other for Sharon Springs.
