Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons scored six runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to pull away for an 8-1 victory over Blessed Virgin Mary-Mother of God Academy of Syracuse Wednesday, April 10, in Schenectady.
The Golden Knights grabbed a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning, but Blessed Virgin Mary tied the score with a run in the top of the fifth. Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons kept Blessed Virgin Mary off of the scoreboard the rest of the day to earn the non-league win.

Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons scored five times in the bottom of the fourth inning to pull away for an 8-1 victory over Galway Wednesday, April 3, in a Western Athletic Conference baseball game in Schenectady.
The Golden Knights took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back in posting its third consecutive victory.
Christian Baaki and Anthony Vicinanzo doubled as part of a 10-hit attack for Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons. Galway was limited to three hits by Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons pitchers and didn’t score a run until the top of the seventh inning. ROTTERDAM – Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons improved its record to 2-1 with an 8-0 victory over Berne-Knox-Westerlo Saturday, March 30, in a Western Athletic Conference baseball game at Rotterdam Babe Ruth.
Two pitchers combined on a two-hit shutout for the Golden Knights, who won their WAC opener after splitting two non-league games. Christian Baaki led the offense with a double and two singles, and Nick Kownack added a double.

COXSACKIE – Coxsackie-Athens scored 10 runs in the first two innings and held on for a 13-8 victory over Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons Monday, March 25, in a non-league baseball game.
The Golden Knights took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning, only to see the Indians rally for four runs in the bottom half of the frame. ND-BG tied the score at 4-4 in the top of the second before Coxsackie-Athens struck for six runs in the bottom half of the inning to pull ahead for good.
Killian Schrader had two hits, three RBI and three runs scored to lead Coxsackie-Athens’ 13-hit attack. Joe Notabartolo doubled twice and drove in three runs for the Indians, and Ethan Foster added a pair of hits, two RBI and two runs scored. Gil Bell and Austin Schlenker also had two hits apiece.
Coxsackie-Athens opens Patroon Conference play Wednesday, March 27, against Chatham. ND-BG hosts Berne-Knox-Westerlo in a Western Athletic Conference contest Friday, March 29, at Rotterdam Babe Ruth.
