Niskayuna scored 10 runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to pull away for an 11-4 victory over Schenectady Wednesday, April 17, in a Suburban Council baseball game.
Aaron Whitley belted a three-run homer to highlight the Silver Warriors’ scoring spurt. Chris Erickson doubled, tripled and drove in three runs, while James Murphy, Tim Schaffer and Jack Murray all contributed a pair of hits.

NISKAYUNA – Niskayuna fended off a seventh-inning rally to defeat Troy 13-11 Friday, April 12 in a Suburban Council baseball game.
The Flying Horses scored nine runs in the top of the seventh to close a large deficit, but Robert Schneider recorded the final out of the game to earn the save. The Silver Warriors used four pitchers in the seventh inning after starter Robert Morra allowed two unearned runs and struck out seven in six innings of work. Niskayuna overcame a shaky start to defeat Averill Park 6-4 Wednesday, April 10, in a Suburban Council baseball game.
